CMF congratulates Boris Johnson on winning the Conservative leadership election and on becoming the Prime Minister

Following a clear majority win in the Conservatives leadership contest, the Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP has become the UK’s Prime Minister on 24th July 2019.

The Conservative Muslim Forum sends it congratulations and looks forward to working with him and his new Government.

I, as a member of the CMF, endorse this letter and I hope Boris lives by his DUDE acronym (Deliver, Unite, Defeat & Energise) and that he be careful with his use of words so as he does not make the CP, a party with a label of Islamophobia as the Labour is with regard to anti-Semiticism.
